There's full-time security and reception, and the staff are helpful and good. The building is a massive 17 floors, with three parking levels, two swimming pools, one on the rooftop, and a well-equipped gym.

I lived there for two and a half years and would have stayed longer if a two-bedroom apartment had been available at the time. It's clean and well maintained, with friendly, efficient staff.

Since the rain, the maintenance team hasn't been able to get basic services back up. It's been 24 hours without water, and the lifts are down. Think of pregnant women and kids having to take the stairs. Maintenance department, please restore services ASAP.

Better Homes is responsible for renewing my villa contract, and I have to pay for their service, with no choice. I'm extremely busy and travelling soon, but they won't even come to my office to finalize the documents and payment. Very poor service.

The worst place to stay. There was too much noise from other residents, and the very rude building management did nothing about it. I left within a year, after paying a lot of money.
