The check-in was the worst. I booked through Airbnb, but they kept me waiting outside for two hours because of poor communication, with everyone blaming each other. The Airbnb team couldn’t find the reservation either. The people involved were poor and unprofessional in every way. I’ll never trust places like this or Airbnb again.

The gas supply keeps breaking down, and the garbage chute never works. The kitchens are badly designed, with no room for anything and no built-in equipment. Bathrooms only have tiles in the shower area, and the gypsum walls have no acoustic insulation. Really disappointing compared with some of Emaar’s earlier buildings. It feels like Emaar decided to cheapen its developments. All in all, horrible for Emaar.
