The reception staff can be rude, especially on the night shift at entrance B2, Lift 1. They often seem to forget they're the face of the building. They need more training in how to deal and communicate with people entering, with more politeness and no racism.

I work for a cleaning company and offer monthly cleaning. I can also come every day to clean. If anyone needs this, please get in touch. Thank you 🙏

The air conditioning problem was never fixed, even after I contacted them. They told me there wasn't another apartment I could move to. I had no one to help with my luggage or clean the place, either, so you're left to manage everything yourself. After this experience, I don't think I'd book anywhere other than a hotel or serviced apartment. They can offer another room and move you when needed.
