The security staff are unfriendly and incapable, and they harass women. It doesn't feel safe. There are also frequent fire alarms and lots of problems with brown water.

A great five floor building, with its own basement parking.

There's a sea breeze and the people are well-mannered. La Mer Walk is nearby, and the security staff are polite. It's a pleasant place, with low-rise buildings that are all new and clean.
