The humidity stayed at 90% even with the humidifier running nonstop. Water droplets covered the whole ceiling, and it was wet. The ventilation system seems to have a problem, making it unbearable to stay inside the apartment. The lobby smells, and there appears to be no maintenance at all. I'd look at a different developer if you're thinking of renting or buying here. It could be hazardous to live in. These are pictures of a ceiling in an apartment on the first floor.

Cockroaches are all over the building, and I'm tired of having to arrange pest control at home because management doesn't deal with it. I emailed them, and the emails were supposed to get a reply within one working day. Two months later, I've still heard nothing.

Of the apartment buildings I've stayed in around Dubai, this was probably the best.

A nice residential building with five floors. The gym and pools are on the first floor.

Building 4 has its own gym, with two pools right beside it.
