Madison Residency has a warm, upscale feel and looks thoughtfully maintained. The facade and balcony details really lift the street, while the clean lines and use of space give the architecture a timeless look. At night the lighting makes the building look gorgeous and welcoming. The finishes and materials seem top quality. It also brings modern living together with the Dubai skyline, and that view of Burj Khalifa must be unreal. It looks like a place you'd enjoy coming home to.

Restaurants and supermarkets are easy to find nearby, and the building is well maintained. In Barsha Heights, Madison Residency is convenient for city living, with the metro close by, a well-equipped gym, and efficient security. Some units may have humidity issues, but overall it offers comfortable living and modern amenities.

I lived here before and found it clean, in a really nice location, and one of the best buildings in Tecom. The metro station is just a two-minute walk away.

The new gym is really cool, but my apartment feels very damp and smells of mould on the floors. I'm not sure whether it's the same on higher floors, but that's how it is on mine.
