I’m glad I’ve moved out of this building. In summer, AC can cost around AED 1,000/month for a 1BR, among the highest charges I’ve seen in Dubai. The gym is tiny and its equipment is outdated, and there are leaks in the ceilings and mold on the walls. Asteco, the building management, also tends to make things unnecessarily difficult for residents. I wouldn’t choose this place if you want to live comfortably.

Feels like such a waste of space. The kitchen is tiny, has no ventilation, and it seems like the designer forgot about it until the last minute. There isn’t a wardrobe either.

The apartments are nice, and the pool feels very private even though flats and balconies surround it. Nobody bothers you there, and security is well trained. There’s also a well-stocked choitrams downstairs with all kinds of food, including international options. A good budget-friendly spot that’s well connected.

A good family building in the area, with large apartments and plenty of free parking nearby. There’s a bus stop right outside, and it’s close to entrances and exits on both main roads. Daily conveniences are all in the building: a 24/7 grocery store and pharmacy, clinic, ATM, laundry, barber, ladies salon, and vet clinic.

The apartments are a great size and the location in JVC is good. On services, keep expectations realistic, especially if you’ve left less favourable reviews here. This is Dubai, and workforce skills are quite limited, so patience and understanding of how things are done here are needed.
