The building management has been top class, always polite and ready to help. Jibran, Ateeq, Hasee, Samuel and Lydia deserve a special thank you. Their kindness helped make my two years in the property a great experience, especially when I fractured my foot. Stella Maris Tower is one of the newest and best towers in the marina area. Its prime location avoids much of the traffic in and out, and the lift opens right onto the marina, with Marina Mall, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance. The team's support made my stay perfect.

The team deserves the credit for making this a pleasure to live here every day. Mr. Jibran, Lydia, Ateeq, Hasee, Samuel, and all the others have been consistently kind and professional. Lydia especially keeps reception organized, calm, and reliable day after day. From reception through security, staff are welcoming, respectful, attentive, and quick to respond. Problems are dealt with promptly and calmly, with people taking real ownership. Even the change from the previous management company felt smooth. Living here, I find the care and responsiveness closer to a five-star hotel than a residential tower. To me, this is the best tower in the Marina and a reference point beyond it.

Ateeq was especially attentive and welcoming, seeming to anticipate what I needed before I asked. Everyone else was friendly, professional, and helpful too. I spent a week at Stella Maris Tower in Dubai and had an excellent stay: great building, perfect location, and amazing views. Highly recommended.

The security staff are extremely helpful, and Ateeq, Jibram, Aislan, Nittin, Lidya, Haseeb, and Samuel are always there to support residents and make things run smoothly. The maintenance crew and everyone else who keeps Stella Maris going deserve thanks too. Fantastic team.
