The apartment was beautiful and spacious, with a thrilling view of Burj Khalifa from the room and main balcony. We stayed on the 34th floor and really enjoyed looking out at it. The building is in Dubai Downtown, beside Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, both about a five-minute walk away. The reception area is spacious, well presented, and has seating for outdoor guests, while the staff were courteous. There is a common pool for guests on the ground floor, and a gymnasium restricted to residents. Our AirBnb was rented at economic prices compared with nearby Hotel properties. The only problem was the limited number of luggage carts, so you need to allow enough time when checking in or out. We loved the stay and would plan to return. PS: Highly recommended if you want to stay in Downtown and enjoy a Burj Khalifa view at economic prices.

I booked the 26th-floor room for three days. It had a kitchen for cooking and a balcony with a stunning view of Dubai downtown 😍. The location is very central, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and a grocery store right in front of reception. Some rooms and the drop-off area in front of reception also have views of Burj Khalifa.

The dancing fountain and dubai mall views were amazing and a real highlight 😍. I stayed for one week, and the location was perfect.

The location is amazing and the reception is nice, but the kitchen in our appartment was full of insects during our three-day stay. The internet was even worse, with only 1 mb upload, so creators or tiktokers shouldn't book here. The rent was expensive and the connection was very bad.
