The nearest beach that used to be walkable is closed, and the street has been a messy construction zone for over a year. In the building, there’s no swimming pool or guest parking, and the gym has no electricity. Fire alarms are pulled frequently. There are zero amenities left. Buyers and renters, beware 😵

It’s right by the metro and Sheikh Zayed, with great transport links. Not many buildings between Marina and Downtown can match the sea view or the gated community.

We love it here, even if there are a few little issues. You can run into those even at 5 star hotels during a longer stay, and they need sorting 😊. The building has a huge gym, though the swimming pool is closed. I think it will open soon. We’re happy to enjoy the natural, salty sea in the sun instead. There’s a Carrefour under the building, along with a pharmacy, a few restaurants and cafeterias, and a barber shop either downstairs or in the next buildings, just 1 mins walk away. We found a public beach 5-7mins drive away, and there’s a school very close to the building. Mall of emirates and Madinat Jumeirah are about 10 mins away, I think, or less without traffic. The views somehow include the full sea view, burj Arab view and palm view all at once. Getting to and from sheikh zaid road is easy, which makes life convenient. A couple of reviews from two years ago seem upset about something, but we’re happy here. Hope this helps 🙏

The AC stays at 24c in summer, and they need to find a solution for that. I had to call someone from another company to fix the issue, but the building maintenance team caused problems for the person I brought in. The maintenance team aren’t helpful or cooperative. They ask for money for everything they do, and told me not to tell building security. They wanted 150 dh just to clean the AC with water, while another company would do it for 80 or 70 dh.
