Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Resort & the Walk - Hilton Dubai the Walk

Sameh at the front desk was really professional and sorted everything out for my family. His hospitality made our stay unforgettable. The place itself is stunning and has great vibes, but the service is what makes it feel truly 5-star. Totally recommend, and we'll definitely come back!

The changing rooms and showers were spotless, and the beach stayed surprisingly clean even on busy days. It's well organized and family friendly, with soft white sand and clear water at a lovely temperature. Spent another beautiful evening there, relaxing and watching the sunset.

Right on The Walk, with shops, restaurants, and the beach close by, the location is perfect. We had great views from our spacious, clean, well-equipped room. Beach access, pool, and gym were all excellent, and the food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet with its many choices. Friendly, attentive staff made the stay even better. Highly recommended, and I'd stay again! 👍

The only small drawback was having to wait for the elevator at busy times, but it was negligible in an otherwise 10/10 stay. The location is so convenient that I didn't need taxis or public transport, with the beach and premium shopping within easy walking distance. I also appreciated the WhatsApp concierge, which gave instant support and made things hassle-free. Eloisa deserves a special mention for handling requests incredibly quickly and professionally. The hotel has access to several restaurants with a huge range of dishes, lovely scenery, and remarkably fast service. The views from the windows set the atmosphere for the whole stay. Hilton The Walk lives up to its reputation, and would suit a business trip or family holiday.
