Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Dubai Science Park by IHG

Breakfast was a highlight, thanks especially to Soufiane. He looked after us with such warmth and care, and his attentiveness made each morning a pleasure. We also really appreciated the excellent welcome and service throughout our stay. The whole staff was kind and professional, which made the experience very pleasant.

Ehab deserves a special thank you for understanding our situation and helping us get a very good room. We really appreciated his kindness. The room itself was new, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel felt fresh, modern, and well cared for. Breakfast had a tasty range of options, and the staff were genuinely welcoming and ready to help. The hotel is a little far from the center, but the free shuttle buses made that easy to manage. We really enjoyed our stay.

The food tasting was handled thoughtfully, with the team asking for our feedback and making sure things met our expectations. Everyone was attentive and welcoming, and requests were dealt with carefully and professionally. We came to look at the event halls, and Ephraim and Farah were a great help. Ephraim walked us through the venue and explained what made each space distinct, which helped us picture our event there.

During my long stay, Ephraim has often helped with deliveries and made sure they reached my room smoothly. He’s consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming. His friendly, professional manner has made a real difference and helped the hotel feel like home. I truly appreciate his support at the front desk.
