Homeland Hostel

Azam Hospitality were kind and professional, and gave me a warm welcome. Homland Hostel felt like a home away from home, with clean rooms, a peaceful atmosphere, and good value for money. Great service too. I’d definitely stay again.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. There were no curtains on the beds or windows, and basic toiletries such as hand wash and body wash weren’t provided. The staff weren’t courteous or polite, and I wouldn’t expect help or guidance from them. The property showed little consideration for guests’ comfort.

What was provided was worlds apart from what the listing showed. The rooms were cramped, poorly maintained, and missing basic facilities that had been promised. I found the advertising misleading and deceptive, and the stay was very unpleasant. Promoting services and amenities that aren’t available is unprofessional and unfair to customers who trust the listing when booking. Future guests should double-check reviews and not rely on this property’s advertisements.

The location was amazing, about 10 minutes from the metro and Mall of Emirates, with lots of restaurants and grocery stores below the building. The place gets plenty of sunlight, and the rooms had good space and were clean. It was always tidy, and the big kitchen had dishes and pans to use. Azzam welcomed me, showed me around, and was really kind and helpful throughout my stay. I recommend it!
