Hyde Dubai Hotel

Business Bay made it easy to get around the city, while the hotel still felt calm and upscale. The rooms are roomy, nicely styled and have great skyline views. Hyde Hotel Dubai mixes modern design with a relaxed kind of luxury. A stylish, premium-feeling stay that isn’t overly expensive.

From check-in to check-out, the staff were welcoming and friendly. Osman at reception, Ozair from housekeeping, and Rojina, who left us a kind note and kept the room organized, were all courteous. I can’t remember everyone else’s name, but they were pleasant too. The gym is remarkable for a hotel. We had a very comfortable stay, with one horrible issue: bed bug infestation in the sheets. Maduri from housekeeping handled it impressively and professionally, along with Abdulrahman. They changed all the bedsheets right away.

I loved the food and the service at Hyde, and my room was to die for. At breakfast on my first day, I sat outside and a humble, cute Black guy brought my order promptly. He introduced himself as Kelvin and asked if I wanted coffee, tea or juice. I asked for orange juice and a lactose-free latte, and he came back with both soon after. The next morning, as soon as I sat down, Kelvin already knew what I liked and brought my coffee just how I wanted it. I ate breakfast in the same spot for the rest of my stay. He was kind and professional, and very handsome, with a cute smile. Thank you, hyde, for a perfect time.

Karim was especially helpful and attentive, always ready with information and eager to assist. He’s a gem. The staff were all very nice and helpful, which made the stay enjoyable. We had a beautiful, spacious room with a balcony and lovely views of the canal and burj, plus impeccable room service and a nice restaurant. The hotel is in a great business district location, very close to the Dubai Mall. We’ll be back next year inchallah!
