Anwar’s masala chai was full of flavor and had a proper desi taste, and Sushil made my egg omelet fresh and just how I like it. Both were friendly and helpful, and made breakfast better. The buffet had a nice variety of fresh food, especially for an ibis-style hotel. The whole team greeted me with big smiles and good vibes when I arrived. It honestly felt like a 5-star place. Great experience, totally worth it, and I’d definitely recommend it.

We got a room for free before the check-in time even though we arrived early, which was a great gesture. The restaurant food was really good too. Chef Sushil really knows how to look after guests, and the department is great. They’d help you with just a call. Fantastic experience staying here.

The check-in and checkout were quick and smooth, which I appreciated. Ms. Kai and Joem at reception were welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. I had a pleasant two-night stay at ibis Hotel, convenient and just right for a quick staycation. I’d definitely consider coming back.

Joem was especially friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome. Service at Ibis WTC was fast and efficient. Our room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, with a relaxing ambiance. The one small downside was the washroom. Water splashed all over the bathroom during showers, so a sliding door or proper partition would be better. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel. We’d love to return.
