ibis One Central Hotel

This was my second stay at Ibis One Central, and the team once again made it feel like home. Richelle was wonderful throughout, always ready to answer my questions, with a bright smile and warm, professional kindness that made the visit more memorable. Akshay has also been helpful and great since my last stay, and I truly appreciate him. The location is very convenient, close to everything, and my stay was comfortable and easy from start to finish. I’d recommend the hotel and will definitely return.

Richelle has made this stay even better by handling everything I’ve needed quickly and with care. She’s consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. The property is comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff welcomed me warmly from the moment I arrived. I’d recommend it for the good service and would be glad to stay here again.

Because of Dubai airspace closures amid the ongoing conflict in the Middle East with the Iranian Regime, I’ve had to extend my stay. Ibis One Central and its whole team have been amazing through a period that’s far from normal. As someone who travels internationally for both business and leisure and stays at many Ibis hotels, I know what hotels are like in ordinary times. The staff here have kept things at a five-star standard. I especially want to thank reception staff Yasser and Raza and their colleagues, who have worked tirelessly over the last days to process all the guests. The management, room service team, and all the staff deserve credit too. The breakfast team has been great, and young chef Khalil always greets me with a smile and makes a lovely cheese and mushroom omelette. Rooms are spotless, breakfast is amazing, and customer service has been five-star. I can recommend Ibis Hotels globally. Ibis One central Dubai rocks!

After a full day of work, it’s a relief to come back to a clean room. The housekeeping team works hard and is attentive, especially Resham. I’ve been here for a comfortable month and am still staying, with an amazing view from my room. For the price, the location is hard to beat: Trade center metro and Museum of the future are within walking distance, and the area has some really good bars and coffee shops.
