Ibis Styles Dubai Gold District

We were in the gold district, about five minutes from the metro. The room was clean, with a nice bed, an ibis-style setup, a fridge, and the basics. It was quite okay for a stay in this area, and things were generally fine. The breakfast felt very basic for the price. We’d asked for a baby crib, including through Booking a couple of times, but it wasn’t ready when we arrived at 10 p.m. I had to go back down to reception. The staff member said it would take five minutes, but we waited 15. Housekeeping wasn’t available then, so the night receptionist and another person came to the room to try to set the crib up, but they couldn’t manage it at first. At checkout, our baby was asleep in the crib, and the receptionist let us leave a couple of hours later.

I’ve been staying here for five years, and it’s been a delightful experience. It was Super 8 before and is now IBIS, but the hotel is still nice and clean. The staff have always been wonderful, and I really appreciate the extra hours they’ve given me. Thanks to everyone, especially the security team, Abdullah and and palwinder, and the housekeeping team, Rijal and Archer.

Mr. archer was a great person, and I had a pleasant stay. The apartment felt cozy and comfortable for a 2-star hotel. I liked the shower water being really cold and refreshing, since that’s what I prefer. Everything was nice.

Radha and Abunkaktar at reception gave me a warm welcome and efficiently arranged my taxi at 3 a.m. Rahul and Nita from Temple Restaurant also thoughtfully organised an early breakfast before I left. The hotel was spotless, and the cleaning team clearly keeps it to a high standard. The hospitality was outstanding, and the whole stay felt smooth and comfortable. Thank you, everyone.
