I’ve lived here for several years, and it’s a comfortable, safe, family-friendly building that’s clearly cared for. The location makes daily errands easy: there’s a Carrefour in the building, a LuLu's nearby, and other supermarkets and cafés within easy reach. It’s also very well connected. Security is one of the strongest points. The team takes it seriously, and the facial recognition system introduced recently is a great upgrade. No fumbling for an access card when your hands are full with groceries or a dog lead. We feel very safe here. The staff are consistently warm and helpful. Maintenance is impressively quick: more than once, someone arrived within 15 minutes of me reporting an issue. Four elevators serve the building and are regularly maintained, so waits are rarely a problem. The gym and pool are excellent. The pool isn’t big enough for laps, but the jacuzzi, dry sauna, and steam room make up for it. There’s also a table tennis and foosball room, which works well for families. The recycling area in the parking zone, emptied weekly, was a key reason we moved in and is still well maintained. Apartments on the upper floors get plenty of natural light from the larger windows, though that may depend on your floor and aspect. The building is pet-friendly, which is a real bonus, but pets need to be registered with reception when you move in. Residents are friendly, and the atmosphere feels welcoming without being intrusive, a good balance of community and privacy. A second parking permit can be difficult to get when each apartment comes with one space. There seem to be unused spaces that aren’t allocated efficiently, and building management doesn’t currently rent out extra spaces directly. As in any large residential building, roaches may occasionally be seen. Scheduled treatments have kept them well under control, and it hasn’t been a concern for some time.
