Incredible Views at Burj Views Dubai

All three bathroom spaces had problems: the ensuite bathroom had drain water leaking from the roof, another bathroom had a blocked wash basin, and the toilet room had a broken seat. There were ants in the rooms too. We complained and asked to move to another unit, but management sent plumbers instead, leaving us waiting in the room for hours. We only had two nights and said we couldn’t waste time waiting, needed privacy, and wanted to be transferred. They said they’d look into it but never relocated us. Communication was horrible, and management didn’t apologize. At checkout we waited an hour for our deposit back. It was a very bad and distressing hotel experience.

This was the second time they cancelled my booking just one day before check-in, even though they had already deducted the money. They said the owner wanted his apartment back, which isn’t convincing or professional at all. I don’t recommend Dream Inn Apartments to anyone, and I’ll never trust Dream Inn again.

The place and the view are perfect, with Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall nearby. But Dream Inn Hotel staff didn’t accommodate us well. We’re staying here until Thursday, and the swimming pool is still under maintenance. They didn’t give us an access card, not even for parking. The security guard threatened not to let me in without one, even though the agent had said from the start that it wouldn’t be a problem. I don’t know if the hotel is just very poor this season.

They cancelled our booking on the day we were checking in, after we’d already reserved and paid for the room. No one at reception or in higher management would help; they said they couldn’t do anything because other guests were already inside the room we’d paid for. Why cancel a paid reservation and give the room to somebody else? It’s totally disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend any Dream Inn Apartment.
