Breakfast was disappointing: there was little choice, the setup was disorganized, cups ran out, staff didn’t replenish items attentively, and the coffee machine wasn’t working. The dining area was overcrowded and poorly supervised. Check-in was also badly managed for a busy Eid period. I arrived at about 3:30 PM but didn’t get the keys until 5:00 PM, and the reception area seemed extremely disorganized. I had booked four rooms, 201, 203, 210, and 213, for my family during the Eid holiday. Their condition made the stay highly unsatisfactory. Room 213 had a bathroom door that wouldn’t close properly, and other maintenance problems across the rooms suggested poor preparation and quality checks. I appreciate the effort to accommodate guests during such a busy season, but the experience fell well below the standard I expect from a hotel. I hope management takes this seriously and improves service and guest care, especially during peak periods.

The rating seemed too low to me. This really was an amazing hotel, clean and quiet, with lovely furniture and a convenient location close to everything. It was comfortable and relaxing, and very good value for money. I’d happily stay again and highly recommend it. Mr. Jairus at reception deserves a special thanks. He was welcoming, helpful, professional, and showed wonderful hospitality that made our stay even better.

The food was delicious, and both the rooms and meeting facilities were excellent and well maintained. We booked rooms, a meeting room, and meals for a group for eight nights, and everything was arranged perfectly for a comfortable stay. Iqbal was gentle and professional, always available to help, day or night. Surendra and Mamta also gave us excellent support and hospitality. We look forward to working with you again and would recommend this place to anyone wanting a comfortable, professional experience.

The food was very good, and the staff stayed friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the beautiful views and quiet, calm atmosphere. It was affordable and excellent value for money. We had a very pleasant visit to IntercityHotel and would highly recommend it.

Our two night stay was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We booked a Superior King room through Agoda, but the details didn’t match the confirmation in the app. We were given a twin bed room instead, and the hotel showed a one night booking rather than two. 👎 The pool was small and overcrowded, so we couldn’t really enjoy it or swim. We were celebrating a birthday and politely asked the restaurant staff for small plates or saucers to borrow, but they refused. Their response felt rude and lacking in basic hospitality. 👎 We also saw people stuck in the elevator for almost an hour. No safety personnel or emergency responders came to help; only a security guard handled it. That was alarming and made us feel unsafe. Between the poor service, safety concerns, and disappointing facilities, we didn’t enjoy our stay. ❌🙅🏼♀️
