Anmol made us feel welcome with his courteous, attentive manner. He handled our check-in and helped arrange an upgrade to our room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Thanks, Anmol, for the professional service and hospitality.

The room's cleanliness was disappointing this time. There were chips and rice on the floor, hair in the bathroom, and the sheets were dirty. That was below the hygiene standard I expected and affected my stay. Mr. Amool, though, was kind and supportive during check-in, and his professionalism made a great first impression. Many thanks for his excellent service.

Zubair, the manager of housekeeping team, was kind and supportive during our stay, and Manish was helpful and provided excellent customer service. Their efforts made the visit comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the service was excellent at Crowne Plaza Subai Festival City. I highly recommend the hotel and hope to return.

The staff treated us warmly again, just as they did on our previous stay. As a person of determination, I did not feel discriminated against. The room we were assigned worked for our brief two-night visit, though the combined shower and bathtub was challenging. I hope to try an accessible room next time. I had to spend longer at the hospital than expected on our last day, so I’m especially grateful to Ms. Aimee Gintu and Sir Mohammed Fayed for letting us check out late. Sir Arun made checkout seamless. I also appreciate the kind lady who checked us in, though I forgot her name. She was very accommodating, and I’ll make sure to write her name down when I return. The food was delicious. I loved the mezze plate, and even my picky-eater sons finished breakfast. Thanks to Ms. Khin of the F&B for considering our medical conditions, and to Sir Peter for making sure our F&B requests were met. The bread basket was amazing, simple but just right in taste and texture. Thank you to the F&B team for making sure breakfast satisfied us. Sir Nyzaif and the housekeeping staff took care of our needs, and the operators, including Sir Immanuel, were polite and cordial. Ms. May, thank you again. Crowne Plaza DFC made our short stay memorable. Hopefully we’ll see you again soon.
