This is a residential building near JBR, with many tourists staying through airbnb and booking. There’s a large swimming pool, a barbeque area, and a private children playground. Supermarkets and cafes are nearby. The quality of each apartment varies depending on the owner or hosting company.

Good management and facilities. I have more then 10 apartments on Holiday home in this building. My all guest like this building JBR beach and cafe is very close .. I love it ❤️❤️❤️

The location is the only thing going for this building. Two of its three lifts have been out for more than three weeks, and nobody seems to be working on them, so getting upstairs takes ages during busy times. In my experience, building problems take weeks or even months to fix. I think the management team should be fired immediately.

After 11 years in Dubai, this is the best building I’ve lived in. The location is great, with no JBR traffic, and the security team is very nice and helpful. There’s also a well-equipped gym.

The location is nice, though it’s a bit far from the tram and metro, and walking to the tram in summer is difficult. The gym has lots of broken machines, and the pool water is always too cold. It’s an okay building, but a few months here was enough for me. I wouldn’t want to live here forever.
