The staff made this stay especially memorable. Everyone was wonderful, and Catarina at reception deserves particular thanks. She was attentive, proactive, and kind, and quickly handled a challenge we ran into with real professionalism. She and Front Office Manager Ahmed followed up afterward to make sure it was fully sorted and that we were happy. That's when you see the quality of the service. We also had access to the Al Mandhar Club Lounge, where the team were warm and anticipated what we needed. The hotel itself is modern, with beautifully designed, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, a large terrace, and a gorgeous, peaceful view. With facilities like these and such thoughtful service, it feels like a rare find we'd happily recommend.

I had stayed at Jumeirah hotels before for work, but this was the first time I could slow down and really take in the details. For me, this was the best hotel experience of my life. Jumeirah Al Naseem felt like more than a hotel, and Demi and I are already counting the days until we return. From our first moments there, we felt welcomed, cared for, and thoroughly spoiled. Everyone helped make us happy, from the luggage porters and front desk to housekeeping, the restaurant team, pool staff, and lifeguards. Every person was kind, attentive, polite, and professional. The service was outstanding and came from the heart. Our room was wonderful, with beautiful views, exceptional comfort, and a peaceful sense of luxury. Every detail seemed thoughtfully done. Breakfast at The Palmery had a good mix of local and international dishes, with the food fresh and nicely presented. Some choices tasted fairly standard, but there was plenty of variety and the meal was satisfying overall for a luxury hotel. Emad provided good hospitality.

We came back for our second stay, and the property still matched the great memories we made here a couple of years ago. It's a large place but easy to find your way around, with several pools and beautiful, spacious rooms. Breakfast was great, as was the poolside food, which isn't always good at hotels. There are lots of restaurants on-site and at the sister properties, and you can take a buggy between them. It's clearly family-friendly, with lots of families, activities for kids, and a water park. My husband and I have also visited as a couple, and still found it relaxing and romantic. We can't wait to come back!
