The only real drawback for us was in-room dining. The menu felt limited compared with typical Dubai five-star hotels, there was no dedicated kids’ menu, and ordering stopped after 10:30 PM. Nearby restaurants and delivery are options, though delivery can take another 10-15 minutes because riders have to park in a designated area and walk through security. We stayed for a wedding weekend in a spacious family suite for two adults and two children. It had a bedroom, dining area, office space, comfortable living room, and excellent views from almost every side. The location is a perfect 10: convenient for getting around, yet away from heavy traffic. The pool was clean and suitable for all ages, though more shaded or partly shaded spots would help in the heat. The hotel was very clean, and staff were friendly, responsive, and attentive.

We had a great stay at Jumeirah Emirates Towers. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had, and the staff were attentive throughout. Our room was spacious with an incredible city view. The location is hard to beat, beside the Museum of the Future and just a short walk from the metro. A strong choice for business or leisure.

Breakfast in the main restaurant was fantastic, with an easy 11/10 for the selection and quality. The pool was lovely too, especially the covered kids’ pool. The lifeguard stayed alert and attentive, which made the area feel safe. One small improvement would be a warmer welcome from the lobby staff, though the stay itself was very pleasant and we’d happily return. We arrived early in the morning after a night flight, and check-in went smoothly. Since we had a club room with lounge access, we could relax there while waiting, and they were still serving breakfast. Our room was cleaned twice daily, which made things comfortable. The elevator ride has a nice view of the Museum of the Future, a lovely touch on the way to the room. Beautiful hotel, excellent facilities and service. We’d recommend it.

The pool area was a treat for the family: a small shaded pool for children, a large warm pool, and a wonderful jacuzzi. Pool staff were attentive, helping the children put on flotation vests so they could enjoy the water safely. They also provide after-sun lotion, SPF 30 sunscreen, and complimentary water. The gym is very well equipped too. Our room was flawless, from the view to the furniture, and felt refined, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was unforgettable, with fresh, delicious food of the highest quality. I could eat there every day, and the coffee and cappuccinos were excellent. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and stunning. Whenever we entered the lobby, my son said “Woooow!” and we felt the same. Staff were helpful and attentive without hovering. Staying here felt like a few days in paradise. We’ll always stay here when we come to Dubai.

Everything ran smoothly and was well organized during my stay at Jumeirah Emirates Towers. The hotel was spotless, and my room was kept in beautiful condition. Staff were professional, very helpful, and attentive throughout. I had an excellent stay and highly recommend it.
