TIME Opal Hotel Apartments

The staff were pleasant, but I struggled to find much else to like during our nearly three weeks here while we searched for a villa. Outside, traffic and people shouting made nights noisy, and inside we had a few nights of loud talking and doors slamming in the hall. The cleaners never mopped the floors. The windows were filthy, and one wouldn’t shut. Since we were eight floors up with a toddler, that worried me. Nobody came to fix it, so we bought a stair gate to keep our son out of the front room.

Rocky was attentive from our arrival right through checkout, and Krishna and Tej gave us friendly, personal service that went beyond what we expected. Ahmed and Angelina were also very helpful with our requests, while Kadeer and Joanna kept the room organized on time. Thank you all for making the stay so warm and memorable. We’ll definitely return to one of your properties and recommend this place to our friends.

The location is close to Mall of Emirates, and free WiFi and parking are available. The staff were friendly, cooperative, and ready to help. Our issue was with the air conditioning in the second bedroom of apartment 602. They moved us to room 202 when we asked, but it had the same problem. The technician tried to fix it, though by the end of the day that room still wasn’t cool enough for a good night’s sleep. The living area and master bedroom cooled fine.

Koko was great, and Ashmita at reception was amazing, always keeping on top of things and a step ahead. Thanks for such a pleasant stay. I’ll definitely come back and recommend these apartments. Teo Garcia
