We’re very happy with our suite and the experience so far, and still have a few days left. Arbaz has made a real difference with his professionalism, warmth, thoughtful gestures, and knack for anticipating what we need. His recommendations and assistance have been excellent, and he makes sure everything is handled smoothly. We appreciate his courtesy, dedication, and the pride he takes in his work. The breakfast buffet alone was the best I’ve ever had, with outstanding quality, variety, and presentation. Dining options across the hotel are so good that there’s little reason to go elsewhere, and the beach is amazing too. Service felt attentive and professional throughout, with a personal touch despite the hotel’s impressive scale. Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is easily one of the best five-star hotels I’ve visited, and I’d highly recommend it for a memorable luxury stay.

The restaurants were a highlight: excellent food and drinks, with very good service. The property is beautiful, and the view is stunning. My disappointment was with how my extra night was priced. I extended from Monday to Tuesday and was quoted considerably more than the average nightly rate I’d paid during the week. Reception said it was the best available rate, but I later found the same room category for less on Hotels.com. As a repeat guest who had already spent a lot on rooms and restaurants, I expected at least the best publicly available price when booking directly. That left a poor impression. In my view, some Jumeirah properties have a recurring gap in customer attention and personalization. This is a beautiful hotel with excellent dining, but guest relations and rate handling should match the quality of the property.

I picked Marsa to celebrate my birthday, and it turned out to be the best decision. I love Jumeirah hotels, but this one is my favorite now ❤️ The birthday surprise started with an upgrade from my Burj Al Arab view room to a larger room with a big terrace. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious, just how I like it, and I also had a great time at the SPA. Breakfast was unbelievable, with oysters, lobsters, caviar, and lots of other delicacies. Bianca, my guest relation manager, was friendly, helpful, and always available when I needed something. Thanks as well to housekeeping, especially Harsha and Yogesh, for keeping the room clean and refreshed, and to the reception and concierge team. Can’t wait to come back!
