Aleksandra made sure a few room-location problems didn’t spoil our trip. She found us a room that worked for us and helped throughout the stay, going well beyond what she had to do. The kids loved it. Aziz at the front desk was also consistently polite and friendly, took time to talk with the children, and made sure they were happy. We hadn’t been back since 2013 and weren’t disappointed. The rooms are spacious and well stocked, and the hotel blends Arabic and contemporary styles. Wild Wadi was closed and dinner had only à la carte restaurant options, but those were outside issues rather than problems caused by the hotel.

The resort is beautiful and peaceful, and I found it easy to relax there. My room was comfortable, spotless, and well maintained, with the amenities I needed. Housekeeping kept everything clean and organized. From arrival onward, the staff were warm, attentive, and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and everyone I dealt with was polite and professional, whether handling a request or offering a recommendation. I had a wonderful stay at jumeirah mina al salam, would definitely return, and recommend it for the service and relaxing atmosphere. It was worth every penny.

The room felt a little small, and the beachfront restaurant I wanted for shisha, I believe it was Shimmers, was fully booked. With that view, it’s easy to understand why. Even so, I had an excellent stay and highly recommend the place. It feels more like a grand palace than a beach resort. The architecture is stunning, as are the Abra rides through the canals, and I enjoyed having a range of restaurants to choose from.

The concert itself exceeded expectations, with a great atmosphere and excellent sound. Everything was organized well, from getting in to finding our seats, and booking the tickets was quick and easy. Customer support answered my ticket question helpfully and promptly. Definitely worth it, and I’d book through them for another concert.

The location was fantastic, with lots of good restaurants just steps away, and the hotel was impeccably clean. My husband and I were both very happy with our stay. The room was comfortable, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Service was outstanding and felt personal throughout. We’d absolutely stay here again.
