JVC Gem 2BR w maidsroom - Oakley Square

I stayed in studio B005, which had all the amenities and was well managed, bookable through Airbnb and Booking.com. The compound in JVC is beautiful, with Circle mall nearby and metro access via Emirates mall. There’s a lovely pool, padel court, ping pong tables, fully equipped gym, and cinema room. I loved my time there and highly recommend it.

The staff are the standout, especially security. Manoj and Pratikshya were among the kindest and most professional people I’ve met. The building is above average for JVC, generally clean, and has very good amenities. Sound carries badly through the walls and windows. In a quiet room, you can hear neighbors in the next apartment, and outside noise comes through easily too. There’s a padel tennis court in the middle of the complex, so apartments facing the pool or court get noise from people playing all day. Many apartments are used as Airbnb rentals, which gives the building more of a vacation rental feel than a family building. That could be a plus or a minus, depending on what you're after.

The apartment has flooded from the bathroom three times now. They repaired it twice, but neither fix solved the problem. This is one of the worst buildings and the management is terrible. The only good part is the security team, who are so helpful.

They need to work with a better management company. You'll lose your mind before you move out.
