It’s quite peaceful living in this new low-rise building from Ellington. The construction is superb, the apartments are finished to a high standard, and it has most of the amenities, including a pool, gym, BBQ area, seating area, and children’s play area. There’s also extra parking for visitors.

A lovely community and one of the best buildings in JVC. It’s quiet but still well connected, with great quality apartments and construction. Since it’s low-rise there aren’t too many people around, and it feels like living in Europe!! :)

A quiet, small community, and the Ellington project is among the best in terms of quality.

There aren't many apartments here, so the building stays uncrowded. The gym is well equipped and often nearly empty, and the pool is usually quiet too. Security is responsive and does its job well. The downside is that the stoves and ovens run on gas, and the apartments aren't chill-free, so you have to sign up and pay for Zenner. Still, it's a great place to live.
