JW Marriott 26th Floor Marina Mall Acces

We were taken care of beyond what we expected, thanks to Mr. Palangan and his whole team. Their guest service was outstanding, and we’d be delighted to return after such a fantastic stay at JW Marriott Marina Dubai. The location is ideal, and the pool area deserves special mention. The facilities are excellent, and the staff there are attentive, welcoming, and friendly. We were also impressed by the food quality: Harbour Restaurant was very good, as were both the breakfast and dinner buffets. It was a truly perfect holiday.

We’ve been in Dubai since 2007 and stayed at plenty of hotels. Marriott Marina stands out for how welcoming and professional the service is, and the amenities are great too. My family was really impressed. Reception and the FnB Restaurants are top notch. We’ll be back!

Marina is a nice area, though expect traffic getting in and out at rush hour. It gets a bit busy in high season, but otherwise it’s a good place to stay if you haven’t been before. The hotel itself was fine, pretty much what I’d expect from a Marriott. I stayed 11 days, and the main issue was the weekend music from the bar/nightclub on the 4th floor. In rooms on the left wing, xx22 to xx30, near the large empty space, you could clearly make out the music from any floor. Staff responded quickly to my complaint and turned down the volume and bass, but I could still hear it in my 6th-floor room. They fortunately moved me to a room on the right wing, but others may not be as lucky. I skipped the pool because it was overcrowded, which was a shame since it was one reason I chose the hotel. I also didn’t try the restaurant or breakfast because they seemed overpriced, with much cheaper good restaurants around Dubai.

The concierge team made my online shopping easy, receiving my parcels and arranging smooth delivery to my room. I was also really well looked after throughout my stay, with staff who were attentive the whole time. Breakfast was excellent, the gym was very clean, and the cold towels were a lovely touch. I had an amazing massage and would highly recommend it. A fantastic stay, and I’d definitely come back.
