The sea view is amazingly beautiful, and the security team is kind and helpful, especially Hasan. I stayed through Chestertons go holiday homes, and they had nice apartments.

This is the best building in shoreline, perfect for a relaxing, clean, and safe stay. It has wonderful views of the sea, Palm Jumeirah, burj-al-arab, Burj Khalifa, and royal palaces, plus a private beach. There’s also parking, a swimming pool, gym, and running track. Everyday conveniences are close by, including a supermarket, Nakheel mall, spa, dry cleaning, restaurants, and bars, all within walking distance.

We live here, and it’s a wonderful place if you want to enjoy the beach and sea every day.

The Palm still has the best location, but it doesn't feel as exclusive anymore. By 9am, people reserve loungers with towels and then disappear, leaving others unable to use the parasols. Loud music from speakers has also become normal, and asking for it to be lowered often gets you told off. The building itself is nice.

We were 9 people, but they gave us only 3 blankets. We called them many times and nobody answered. The AC was hot, and the toilet flush wasn't working. We booked 3 nights but left after just one. The service was extremely disrespectful. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
