The pool was my favorite spot for sunbathing and cooling off, and the apartment had nice rooms. The floorboards in my room were a little worn. One staff member was very pleasant and always ready to help and accommodate me. The lady, though, had a mean look in her eyes, was rude, barely answered my hello and didn’t seem willing to help.

The building is well maintained and the location is excellent. The Marina is behind it, and the beach is across the road.

I’ve lived here for two years, and it’s very well maintained. The pool is definitely the best part. With Grandiose and Spinneys nearby, it’s easy to relax and enjoy yourself.

The greeting staff and security in the building are great. They’re sincere and really go above and beyond. For me, this is the best emaar property in Marina.
