Kennedy Towers - Silverene

For a long-term rental, this might be the best place in Dubai Marina. The pool and gym are comfortable, and the beach is no more than a 10-minute walk away. There's also a shopping center nearby, along with a food shop and pharmacy.

Security is very good, but I wouldn't deal with Palma as a builder or broker after living here. The building and its management have gone downhill a lot over the last year. Expect drilling throughout the day and traffic noise at night, and the pool is very worn.

We lived there as a family, with our son, and found the building amazing. It's close to everything, has a great vibe and very good facilities. I'd read concerns about security not being addressed, but that never happened in my experience. The security staff were very polite, as were reception and building management. The fire alarm could be disturbing at night, but we never had a real problem with it since the apartment was big and we didn't use the living room for sleeping. Our only issue was with the anacity app and move requests, and that was our fault, not the building's. There are lots of airbnb's, and people sometimes walk around in towels, but as Europeans we didn't really have an issue with it.

The location is superb. There's a carrefour open 24/7 inside Silverene, and marina mall is literally 50 meters away, with shops including apple store, virgin, hm and lots of restaurants. The metro is 100 meters away, and the jbr beach clubs are a 10-minute walk.
