I’ve lived in this building for almost three years. It’s clean, well maintained, and has plenty of amenities. The security guards, though, have changed for the worse lately. They’ve been rude, hot-tempered, inconsiderate, and disrespectful. Two years ago the guards were friendly, kind, and easy to approach. I hope key host looks into it.
I stayed at regent court for three years and it was a beautiful place. I only moved because my son arrived and I needed a bigger appartement. keyhost manages the building, and the team has been professional and ready to help whenever I needed something. Thanks to them, especially Mr ahmed and sheena.
I bought a park view apartment here and really like it. The materials are high quality, the park view is great, and this is the best project I’ve seen in JVC. I’d recommend it to anyone.
The project looks really good, with great detailing in the sample flat. The location is excellent, right across from the park. I hope they finish it on time.
I’m not a tenant, and when I asked the watchman if I could use the toilet in the gym room, he rudely refused. This doesn’t feel like a friendly building.
