We attended the required 1.5-hour presentation on November 3, 2023, after being drawn in by a so-called lucky draw and complimentary vouchers. We have spent months trying to redeem those vouchers and gotten nowhere. They want your time up front, then disappear when it is time to deliver. Mr. Arun Krishna told us bookings needed only two weeks' notice, but the vouchers say 30-60 days. Nandini ignored our follow-ups for over a month, then said there was no availability even though we gave a full month's notice as required. Fatima helped coordinate things at first, but was gone when it came time to fulfill the promise. This feels like a deliberate way to avoid honoring the prizes. The staff gave us misinformation, and the whole process has been deeply unprofessional. Save your time and energy. I wouldn't believe what this company promises.
