The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, with plenty of good food and both hot and cold drinks. I enjoyed it enough to try lunch too, and that was just as good. I also noticed the dining hall supervisor keeping an eye on breakfast and helping the team directly. At Khalidiya Hotel, the whole property was spotless, from the public spaces and elevators to the rooms. The facilities were well looked after, and things ran smoothly. Staff were welcoming, professional, and ready to help throughout my stay. I had a great visit and would recommend Khalidiya Hotel to anyone coming to Dubai who wants a clean, comfortable, well-managed place to stay. Thanks to the whole team.

The Ramadan Iftar was especially good. There was a big spread of fresh, nicely presented food, with traditional Ramadan dishes, international choices, and amazing desserts. The service was friendly and well organized too. I had a great time with the food and would recommend it during Ramadan.

We had a lovely stay, and the staff's hospitality will stick with us. Ms. Jemary in housekeeping, Ms. Shama in reservations, and Ms. Eurice were especially good with guests, well trained, and a pleasure to interact with. I’ll definitely book here again for my next stay. Thanks, Moneer.

Rachel at the restaurant reception was so friendly with our family, always greeting us with a lovely smile and treating us politely. Job at the hotel was fantastic too, attentive and quick to help. They really made the stay for us, and the hotel's people are its best asset. Everything else was great as well, from the food and room to the atmosphere and service. I got excellent help with everything I needed.

Sunday brunch at Les Délices in Khalidiya Palace felt like a lovely escape. The live band gave it a classy, relaxed mood, and the setting was beautiful. There was loads of variety at the international buffet, from fresh salads and live stations to tempting desserts. The whole spread looked colorful and inviting. Service was warm, attentive, and professional, and the team made everything feel easy and welcoming.
