I work as a delivery boy and have been working in the marina for four years. I've never met a security guard like this one. I don't know his name, but he's a black person with a very kind heart and a great attitude. May Allah keep you safe and happy. 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

The views of Palm Jumaria and Dubai Marina are beautiful. One of the best residential towers in Dubai Marina, in a prime location behind Grosvenor Marriott hotel.

Loved the beautiful views at night and having a Restaurant/Shasha lounge downstairs. There's also a 24 hour grocery store about a 10 minute walk down the marina, and everything else is just minutes away. Just loved staying here.

Does anyone else get cooking fumes in their apartment? We get them twice a day, around 10.30am and 5.30pm. The maintenance company doesn't want to know. Do we have any legal stance on this?
