Knokey Studio One Marina Apartments

I wish the management company would take residents' concerns seriously, install cameras after the first theft, and make sure security patrols the area every two hours as they are supposed to. Security told me scooters had been stolen before. My own scooter was chained in a designated parking spot in the building and still got stolen. Months later, someone threw a cigarette butt from a window and burned my car seat. The cameras covered neither area. Security said they had checked the footage, but I later learned they hadn't. Management did nothing, and both management and security were rude and unhelpful, telling me to go to the police. I raised the issues again after new management arrived, but nobody got back to me.

I came for medical services, but there was no receptionist at the desk and the intercom wasn't working. A man named MR. Sarfarosh Ali came over and was super rude. When I asked for my emirates ID, he used very abusive language.

The building is less crowded than the north side of Marina, and JBR is a 15-minute walk away. Its location is perfect, and it has amenities like a 5 star hotel. Best managed building in Marina, I'd recommend it to anyone looking to stay there.

The location works really well, with the Marina canal right across the street and JBR about a 10-minute walk away. Studio One is modern, clean, and well maintained. I also really like the gym, yoga room, pool, and sauna. The management is friendly and always available to help. As a resident, I've had a good experience living here.
