The place looks and feels cheap, and things are constantly broken. Security are rude and unhelpful, acting like prison wardens, while the management company is useless and the Community Manager is rude. This used to be a lovely building, but now it's a complete disaster. One star feels generous.
Everything else was perfect, but the swimming pool at HC level was freezing. I hope Management sorts that out.
There haven't been any sunbeds by the pool since March, and nothing seems to get fixed. The shared areas and lifts have had no AC for months. We're repeatedly told it's broken, while the corridors reach 32 degrees in summer and were freezing in winter. How does that make sense? Owners pay service charges, so what are they for? It sounds like the management company just doesn't want to pay the DEWA bill.
The gym air conditioning hasn't worked for many days. Training in Dubai's heat is nearly impossible without it. It's awful.
The apartment is tastefully renovated to European standards, and the marina and yacht club view is incredible. The location is just as good, right by Marina Mall with several ways in and out of the marina. Shops, laundries and a pharmacy are all around the corner.
