LUX 15 Northside Burj Khalifa View Suite

Walid Aziz, Concierge at 15 Northside Tower, and Mohamed Ahmed Mohamed Ali, who is responsible for security, deserve sincere praise for their professionalism. They are attentive, respectful, courteous, friendly, and genuinely helpful, and they work extremely well together. 15 Northside Tower is a high-quality Select Group building with excellent amenities, including indoor and outdoor gyms, a pool, a sauna, and direct beach club access. Walid and Mohamed make the environment feel welcoming and secure for residents and guests. Their teamwork and positive attitude are a real asset to the building, and their excellent service should be recognized.

We rented a deluxe apartment on the 7 floor, but it was impossible to sleep because of construction 24/7. The pool was dirty and the fire alarm went off every day. When we asked for a refund, they refused, so be aware.

The apartment had everything needed for daily life and was very clean, with breathtaking views of Burj Khalifa. The building's facilities were fantastic, especially the indoor and outdoor gym, pool, and jacuzzi with great views. We stayed through Waves.holiday.home company. The location is perfect, very close to Downtown and right beside the promenade with water. Communication with waves.holiday.homes.dubai was always fast and helpful. Highly recommended.

The biggest problem was the internet, which was completely disconnected all night. I contacted the host several times but got no response or solution, even though internet access is a basic service. The check-in was also poorly handled. After booking through Booking application and paying in advance by visa card, someone claiming to be the host names Jeff contacted me on WhatsApp, confirmed the details, asked for my official ID and check-in time, and gave me the building and apartment numbers. I arrived at 2:15 PM after saying I would come around 2:00PM, but reception said the apartment was still being cleaned. After complaining, I had to enter with the cleaner team and wait about 30 minutes for them to leave. The next day at exactly 11:00 AM, the cleaner and another person knocked continuously and rang the bell. They told me to leave immediately because another guest was arriving. I had no prior warning and was forced to pack my staff within 5 minutes. There was very poor coordination, bad management, no respect for the guest, and no follow-up or support from the host. I will not repeat or recommend this place.
