Waqas at the front office was always friendly and accommodating, which made my stay more enjoyable. Sattwik also deserves thanks for the room cleaning. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and neatly arranged. I really appreciated the service from both of them.

Vinod kept our room spotless every day. He was attentive and professional, always smiling, and so kind and caring that it was a pleasure to see him during our stay. We’re very happy with his work. Thank you again, Vinod! ❤️❤️❤️

Housekeeping was spotless, and the rooms were beautifully maintained. The team from the front desk through to housekeeping was welcoming, friendly, and well trained. You can see the care and organization behind the service, with management keeping a consistent standard and paying attention to details. The location is another big draw, just 3 minutes from Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai, with lovely views of the city, especially after dark. It’s a rare combination of location, views, and professional service. Looking forward to staying here again. 👏 Keep up the great work!

I came for breakfast for the first time today, and Shital made me feel welcome right away. He showed me around, brought me an omelette, and pointed out where to order drinks. He even checked whether I was feeling well. Such a polite, friendly young man, and he set a lovely mood for the start of my day. Thank you so much!
