This newly imposed facial recognition system gets 0 stars from me. It reduces privacy and may make it harder to enter our own APPARTMENTS, particularly when family or friends come over. They didn’t Even ask us before making the change. I don’t like it, and I’ll definitely look for a place where my privacy is respected and I have a choice. We’ve always used keys and badges to get into our APPARTMENTS. What Ould be next, facial recognition before going to the toilet?

The private beach is poorly maintained. The beds are usually dirty and very worn, and the water is disgusting, with algae and polluted water spilling onto the beach from the surrounding construction. Traffic is often extremely heavy, and Ushuaia events every two weeks are so loud they echo around the neighborhood all night, even on the highest floors. Living in Marina vista 1 is getting very difficult. Most apartments are rented short term like Airbnb, and the constant turnover makes life miserable for residents. There are slammed doors and parties, and families cram into one bedroom apartments while their kids scream or cry all day. With new people arriving every day, there’s no way to work things out. The shared amenities are packed with people who ignore the community rules. They smoke anywhere and play loud music. At the pool, some deliberately spray others with water. Kids are also taken into the GYM, where they run around people carrying heavy weights and become a danger or nuisance. On top of that, many tourist men stare in a way that makes women who live here uncomfortable, even just using the facilities. For long term tenants and apartment owners, the prices are extremely high for such a poor quality of life.

We stayed for over a week and had no issues. The flat was spacious, and we loved the private beach and our stay.

Getting into the building is way too complicated, and you can’t bring visitors. The security is very rude, especially in parking sahid. I don’t recommend it.
