I only stayed two nights because of the unstable situation in the region, and the team made me feel safe and well cared for. They kept guests informed and reassured with clear, consistent updates, always delivered with a smile. That calm communication really matters in a stressful moment. Khushboo deserves special thanks for the attention and regular updates. Amr, Denyz and Laxmi at reception brought great warmth and energy even under pressure. One morning Claudine from breakfast noticed I was cold and brought me a blanket without my asking. Little things like that show how much care the team puts in. In difficult times, they really delivered. Bravo.

The service stood out most at Mama Shelter Dubai. The FO team were friendly, welcoming and accommodating, and Amr took especially good care of us. We'd definitely return. We were upgraded from a standard room to a suite, and they also left complimentary fruits, juices and a birthday cake for my husband, which we really appreciated. We loved the room design, including the full-height mirrors that made it feel bigger and the stainless steel mirror-finish details. Facilities were good and well maintained for a relatively small building. The outdoor cinema was amazing, especially with its acoustic treatment. Food was generally very good. We especially liked the shrimp fried rice, grilled chicken, calamari and stir-fry noodles. The wonton soup noodles were just okay, since as an Asian we prefer a broth with more flavor. Breakfast was decent too.

Denyz from concierge made our stay especially memorable. He was friendly, professional and ready to help with anything, with real attention to detail. The hotel's vibe was fun and full of positive energy, and the breakfast had a great range of fresh, delicious options. Our room was stylish, comfortable and perfectly clean. Housekeeping kept it spotless every day. Thanks to the whole Mama Shelter Dubai team for a fantastic visit. Can't wait to come back!

We come regularly with our children through Privilee and absolutely love this hotel. The lifeguards are always attentive, and they make both the kids and me feel safe and well looked after. Denyz at the front desk is another highlight, his warm welcome makes every visit enjoyable. Service is consistently outstanding, the atmosphere is lively and fun, and the staff always go above and beyond. We keep coming back.
