At night this place has a different feel, with the city lights all around. The waterfront is spotless and the atmosphere feels warm but luxurious. There’s a beautiful marina walk, restaurants, shopping, yacht views and pretty much every facility you could want. Dubai keeps impressing me.

LIV Marina is in a very convenient part of Dubai Marina. The beach, restaurants, shops, metro and tram stations are all close by.

At LIV Marina, Varun is calm, friendly and professional. He takes time to show me the amenities when I need it and makes sure my clients feel welcome and know their way around the building. His efforts are easy to appreciate. At the door, Atiq is always respectful and greets me with a genuine smile, opening the door whenever I arrive. Those small gestures make the building feel like home. Samia at the concierge desk is also wonderful. She’s always welcoming, kind and ready to help with anything, big or small. Her warmth and professionalism make every interaction a pleasure.

The rooms are spacious, with large balconies and a lovely sea view. The welcome and customer service were good too.

I had a very bad experience. I sent a 3k deposit after visiting apartment 803, and the guy emailed me a fake contract. He uses Facebook ads and a WhatsApp number from the UK. I opened a police case and will bring the police to that place. He’ll regret this.
