Socio Tower brings together a lively community feel and convenient city living. The apartments have open layouts and high-end finishes, and the building offers plenty to do: an infinity pool and sundeck, a modern gym, a padel court, private cinema, conference room, co-working spaces, library, lobby coffee shop, self-service Carrefour, and outdoor seating and chill areas. It also has the largest lobby in any residential building in Dubai. Dubai Hills Park is a five-minute walk away, and Dubai Hills Mall is close by. Downtown Dubai and Business Bay are about 10 minutes away, Dubai Marina 15 minutes, and DXB International Airport 20 minutes. There is also easy access to Al Khail Road and major highways. It's a stylish option for modern living in Dubai Hills Estate, whether you're a resident or investor.

The building is really nice, with lots of good facilities like seating areas, a cinema, and meeting spaces. But there’s no visitor parking, and the apartments are very small.

There’s no parking for visitors or guests. If you leave your car on the premises, the security guard takes a photo and sends it to Dubai police so they can issue a fine. It's a very bad situation. I visit regularly to meet a client who lives here.

We’ve lived here for a year, and the amenities and location are amazing. But the building maintenance has been unprofessional, and the fire alarm gets tested frequently. Just two months after we moved into this brand new building, we had a ceiling leak, as well as electricity and AC issues. Maintenance handled our problems very poorly. Honestly, it’s really embarrassing for emaar.
