We arrived with our seven kids and had to wait until 5:50 pm for the room. When we finally got in, it was extremely dirty. The receptionist was the worst I've ever dealt with. This was a terrible experience and doesn't deserve even one star. Don't trust the good reviews. You can check the room from when we arrived.

The apartment was very clean and felt safe, and you can see Burj Khalifa and the surrounding Dubai city from it. Highly recommend this amazing place.
