The concierge team really stood out. When the cooling service stopped working over the weekend, the company was closed and nobody was answering. The concierge managed to reach a field staff member and arrange the work needed to fix it quickly. They were professional, responsive, and very helpful. Much appreciated. The building and services have been excellent as well.

The common areas are tidy, and the facilities are okay, though they could be better. I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews and can understand some of the points, and there are areas that need development. Still, the reception and security staff’s manner and behavior make up for that for me. I’ve asked them for help several times, with permits, deliveries, and maintenance, and they’ve always been accommodating and quick to assist. During busy delivery hours, they even help direct traffic.

Communication was smooth, and both teams handled things efficiently throughout the process. I found Kaizen and Select Group professional, cooperative, and easy to work with. I really appreciate their support. Highly recommended!

There are about 6-7 holes in our apartment wall, and Kaizen and everyone managing it have known about the problem from the beginning. More than 10 people have come, over more than 10 visits, taken pictures, and said they’d get back to fix it. It’s been over a year and nobody has come to repair them or taken responsibility. Each time we follow up, they say they’ll follow up. Such bad management!
