Brijesh made breakfast especially enjoyable each morning. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. We really appreciated his kindness and professionalism, and hope to see him again on our next visit. The whole team provided great service, and the hotel felt welcoming and well organized. Breakfast was excellent, and its service stood out. We had a wonderful stay.

The Marina location makes it easy to get around and enjoy the area, and I always find the rooms spacious, clean, and well maintained. The team is professional, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive, so I feel welcome and can relax right away. Each time I stay at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, I’m comfortable and at ease. It’s a place I’m glad to return to for its comfort, quiet atmosphere, and quality service.

Ak looked after us at breakfast in the morning and at their Charm Thai restaurant, where you can try authentic Thai food. I spent 11 nights here and really enjoyed it. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the service was on point. I’ll definitely come back.

Harsh was especially supportive and helpful during our visit, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The experience was good overall, but customer service and the way guest concerns are handled could be better. With occupancy low, I think our late checkout request could have been accommodated. I understand there may be policies, though some flexibility in that situation would improve the guest experience. The breakfast menu could also use more variety and options.
