The location worked well, with nearby shopping and plenty of vegetarian restaurants close by, including Saravana Bhavan. We stayed four days, and the place was clean and neat. The buffet repeated the same food most days, with more than 75% of it unchanged, so there could be more choice. Also, people who are sensitive to noise may hear bass from the ground-floor restaurant bar, especially around midnight. Better insulation would help.

We had a comfortable, welcoming stay at Majestic Premier. The staff were warm throughout, especially Denver, whose smile and willingness to help made the whole check-in to check-out experience easy. Housekeeping even noticed and fixed the bathroom sliding door during routine cleaning before we'd reported that it wasn't working properly. That kind of attention made us feel looked after. The buffet was good enough, and for once my kid ate breakfast all three days. The chef was friendly and chatted with guests. It's not a five-star luxury experience, but it has comfort and thoughtful service that would bring me back on my next Dubai visit. The location is handy too, a couple of minutes from the mall and five minutes from the station.

We were here in Dec 2024, sorry this review is late. The breakfast spread was amazing, from continental choices to Indian food. We ate so much it was more like brunch. Rooms were massive, and we had asked for higher floors. You could hear the tiniest bit of noise from the ground-floor party club. Everyone was so friendly, from reception and the chef to breakfast and housekeeping. The housekeeping team worked really hard too. Their service beats what we get here in London.
