Avoid this place. We paid upfront through booking.com, but the property refused to refund us. The managing director and owner denied the allegations and wouldn't communicate with us directly. They sent employees to deal with major health concerns, which didn't help and seemed to make things worse. Small problems were covered with cheap alternatives instead of addressing how serious the situation was. I think the Dubai authorities will soon close this hazardous place down. To me, it's a scam, so stay away. The bathroom was covered in black mould and smelled unbearable, and the kitchenette was dirty with useless facilities. The gas, washing machine, and coffee machine didn't work. The mattress, cushions, and bathroom were dirty too. The 100% polyester bedsheets were soaked in bleach, even though the sheets themselves said not to use bleach. We were charged for what was supposed to be upmarket accommodation, but got plastic-feeling sheets, mould, and broken facilities. The management and service were appalling, and the place felt full of health hazards.
